Research & Resources

My work is grounded in curiosity, creativity, and an ongoing interest in how people find connection, meaning, and resilience through difficult experiences.

This space brings together research, developing projects, therapeutic resources, and practical tools related to psychotherapy, horticultural therapy, nature-based practice, grief and loss, and creative approaches to wellbeing. Some resources are drawn from my own research and professional practice, while others are designed to make therapeutic ideas more accessible and useful beyond the therapy room.

As this work continues to grow, new research, presentations, downloadable resources, and tools will be added here.
