Group sessions
We host small groups (6–8 people) on topics like work-life balance, communication, psychoeducation, family learning about addiction or mental health, perinatal wellness, addiction support, and nature- or horticulture-based therapy. Many sessions include outdoor time to reflect, learn, and grow in a supportive, collaborative environment. Walk-N-Talk Therapy
Step outside and talk through life’s challenges. This session blends traditional talk therapy with the benefits of walking in nature, helping to reduce stress, boost mindfulness, and encourage fresh perspectives.
Mindful nature Therapy
A calming, indoor session that blends horticulture, mindfulness, and gentle meditative practices. Using silence, reflection, and hands-on plant activities, this session supports emotional growth, self-awareness, and inner calm.
Nature-Based Therapy
A blend of talk therapy and nature-inspired activities—art, mindfulness, and meditation—indoors or outdoors. Enhance self-awareness, well-being, and your connection to nature. In-person; virtual options available.
